Dear parents,
As part of our focus on שבוע הספר, Book Week in Israel, the class has been reading many different books in Hebrew over the course of the week. As well, everyday the class has had special activities related to שבוע הספר. Today, in conjunction with our lesson on שבוע הספר, the class had very special visitors...the fourth graders! The fourth graders each came with a story they chose and paired up with the first graders to read them wonderful stories in Hebrew. After reading the story they had chosen, each pair then created its own comics, written entirely in Hebrew, of course! All the students loved learning together with the fourth graders, and created such beautiful and creative comics!
