Today the first graders practiced the concept of skip-counting by 2's and 3's. Each student made a number line and used a sivivon to jump along the number line while practicing skip counting. What a fun way to build number concepts!
Tomorrow, Wednesday December 17, 1st and 2nd Grades will be having their very own Maccabia Games! The children will be participating in fun and educational Chanukah-related activities. Each class will be its own "team." Our class team is called Sivivon, and our color is red. Please dress your child in red tomorrow. The students do not need to wear their uniforms, but school dress code guidelines still apply. We are looking forward to a fun day tomorrow! Chag sameach!
